Fellow Referees,

This is an open forum for discussion and education. You are encouraged to post threads, topics and have open and honest discussion. However, there are a few things we ask you to please consider:

1) DO NOT use offensive, insulting or abusive language
2) DO NOT criticize your fellow referees
3) DO NOT badmouth others or call them stupid. You may disagree with their ideas, but don’t mock the person.
4) DO NOT discuss upcoming appointment
5) DO NOT identify team or player names. Simply say Red #10, etc.

**Failure to respect these top 5 "commandments" may result in your account being blocked and/or deleted!

6) Respect the opinions of your colleagues. If you feel the need to disagree, do so respectfully and acknowledge the valid points in your colleagues' argument. Acknowledge that others are entitled to have their own perspective on the issue.
7) Be forgiving. If your colleagues makes a mistake, don’t badger him or her for it. Just let it go – it happens to the best of us.
8) Before posting your question to a discussion board, check if anyone has asked it already and received a reply.
9) Stay on topic – Don’t post irrelevant links, comments, thoughts, or pictures.
